Heal Back & Pelvic Pain Without Giving Up Strength Training

A 12-week online rehab program for active women who are done with the pain — and done with being told to stop lifting.

If you’ve been stuck in a cycle of recurring low back or pelvic pain, told to “just rest,” or felt abandoned after finishing physical therapy — you’re not alone. This 12-week 1:1 program is designed to help you rebuild strength, stability, and confidence in your body so you can return to the movement you love — pain-free and empowered. About Monarch Training Systems

This company was founded on the belief that true healing begins with understanding, empowerment, and a reconnection to the body’s innate strength and resilience.

As a former competitive gymnast, I experienced firsthand the cost of pushing through injuries without proper recovery, nutrition, or strength training support. For years, I prioritized aesthetics and performance over well-being—unaware of the long-term toll it would take on my physical and emotional health.

My introduction to rehabilitation came in high school, through a coach who was a physical therapist. That experience sparked a deep interest in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and whole-person wellness. Over time, I shifted my focus from how my body looked to what it could do—a transformation that not only alleviated pain but also enhanced my self-worth and overall health.

Now, as a physical therapist, virtual movement/pain specialist, and Reiki practitioner, I’m dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate care that helps people feel seen, supported, and informed. My approach integrates orthopedic and pelvic health concepts with a deep understanding of nervous system regulation. By combining science-based strategies with somatic and energetic tools, I help individuals manage pain, restore function, and cultivate lasting resilience. Through personalized education and thoughtful guidance, I strive to help each client feel more connected to their body, confident in their progress, and empowered in their healing journey.

Dr. Taylor Tattan PT, DPT, CSCS, Reiki Master

Taylor Tattan founded Monarch Training Systems from a deep passion for holistic healing and movement-based care. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Springfield College, where she also competed as a Division III gymnast specializing on the balance beam.

Taylor brings advanced training in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, shaped through clinical rotations at Pepperdine University and EXOS Headquarters. She further refined her skills in athletic performance through a strength and conditioning internship at Champion Physical Therapy & Performance. Her clinical interests include low back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the influence of the nervous system on chronic pain and movement limitations. She has pursued continuing education through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the Postural Restoration Institute.

In addition to her orthopedic expertise, Taylor is a reiki master dedicated to restoring energetic balance and supporting deep healing. She was first introduced to reiki while recovering from injuries during her gymnastics career and returned to the practice during the emotional challenges of graduate school. Reiki became a vital tool for nervous system regulation, deepening her belief in the mind-body-spirit connection.

Today, Taylor offers in-person orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy, virtual movement and pain coaching, and energy healing sessions. Her work integrates science, intuition, and education to help clients reconnect with their bodies and build lasting resilience—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
