This practice was founded on the belief that healing begins with understanding, empowerment, and a reconnection to the body’s innate strength and resilience.
With a background in competitive gymnastics, I experienced firsthand the consequences of training through injury without proper guidance in recovery, nutrition, or strength development. For years, I prioritized aesthetics and performance over well-being, unaware of the long-term impact this would have on my physical and emotional health.
My introduction to physical therapy came in high school, through a coach who also worked as a physical therapist. This experience sparked a deeper interest in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and whole-person wellness. Over time, I began to shift my focus from appearance to functional strength—a transformation that not only reduced my pain but also improved my self-worth and overall health.
Today, as a licensed physical therapist, I am committed to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care that helps individuals feel seen, supported, and informed. My approach integrates orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy with an understanding of nervous system regulation to support patients in managing pain, improving function, and cultivating long-term well-being. By providing personalized education and tools, my goal is to help each patient feel more connected to their body, confident in their progress, and empowered in their healing journey.
